Terms and Conditions for Warranty Policy
Tesla Laptops provide 3 months exclusive warranty on our laptops with the following terms and conditions. 3 month’s laptop warranty can be claimed against the Tesla Laptops bill/receipt. A warranty claim is acceptable when Tesla Laptops' warranty sticker is applied to the laptop. 3 months warranty can only be claimed within 3 months after the warranty period warranty claim will not be accepted. Laptop bags, cables, adapters, and any other accessories item is not included in the warranty.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
Battery backup is guaranteed for up to 1 hour on multimedia for laptops below the 4th generation. For 5th and 6th generation laptops, battery backup is guaranteed for up to 1.5 hours on multimedia. For laptops 6th generation and newer, battery backup is guaranteed for up to 2 hours on multimedia.
The camera, microphone, WiFi, RAM, and storage (SSD/HDD) are covered under warranty according to our terms and conditions.
Warranty Coverage Does Not Include:
Any faults related to the screen/display, such as screen lines, spots, damage, dimness, scratches, or partial display, are not included in the warranty.
Damage to any of the components due to electrical surge, physical damage, mishandling, liquid/fluid damage, or data loss due to storage device failure is not covered under warranty.
At Tesla Laptops refund policy is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days and get your money back. Just make sure the product is in the same condition as you received it and contact us to start the refund process. Please note, we don't refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. Thanks for choosing Tesla Laptops, we hope you'll shop with us again in the future!
1. All orders will be sent out within 1-5 working days after payment is received unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2. We have a standard shipping option available.
3. Shipping cost outside of Karachi, throughout Pakistan, will be 2,000 Rupees.
4. Free standard shipping is available for orders within Karachi.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will have to pay extra shipping costs to have it sent again.
6. If you receive a damaged or defective laptop, please contact us within a day to get your problem resolved.
7. All refurbished and used laptops are inspected and tested carefully before shipping, but we recommend that customers also inspect the product closely upon receipt and let us know of any problems within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 3 days of delivery, but the customer will have to pay for the return shipping fee.
